A large number of people who are into adulthood were treated like baby by their parents. And instead of teaching the kids to take responsibility, many of them were taught to give excuses to let the burden of work pushed onto others.
Every day we come out with new excuses to avoid the work that we don't want to do. And this has become the habit to such an extent so that we expect govt to feed us, care for us like our parents. And that's where most of the communism and socialism is breeding.
If you want to be Elon musk or Rihana like rich, you have to let go of excuses. People who say "govt should do it for me" are not the type of the people who end up being successful. You have to let go of the excuses.

Everyone has this excuse. I am sure even the rich people tell themselves this if they want to avoid any form of work. They often tell you this excuse that means they just don't want to work. In that case only thing that can be done is showing such people how non-rich people accomplished something.
Internet is full of people who are successful without any form of money. A lot of people bootstrapped and managed to make the most of the money. And this is possible when you focus on making use of the existing resources. You don't need money to make money anymore. All you need to do is use the existing things that you have and use them to make money.
Large number of people don't have it too. Yet they work in silence and achieve the success and not even let their family know. A lot of youtubers who are successful and making more money than any of their family member have yet to let the family know about how much they are earning per month.
If you want to be successful. You will make time. If you want to make or do something you will make time. You can't use not having time an excuse unless you have some kid inside your belly. Even then many women have shown they can work and be successful. So not having time is bad excuse.
As you can see the excuses are endless. And you can come up with your own and try to convince yourself.
In life we can make excuses and stop chasing the dreams and the goals. And otherwise we can take action and move towards the goal. We always have some level of the choice. So one has to focus on what to do and not give the excuses for doing the work.
Do the work. Push the excuses!
