So guys the way no one would have expected the way Marvel studious would show soul stone in this way. Many fan theories came , many people predicted the location of soul stone , many searched the eater eggs of it but its location came out of our expectation.
When the writers were asked why they chose vormir as location for soul stone. They replied that they intentionally kept soul stone hidden for so long as all other infinity stone location was revealed and they want to keep soul stone as a mystery in infinity war as all fans were searching hints of soul stone in previous movies . We wanted to make it an important part of the movie .We also didn't wanted to give any random place for this . Thats why we chose vormir as location of soul stone as it was not predicted and no hint of it was given in any marvel movie. This created a important scene in infinity war were we saw death of Gamora , return of Super villain The red skull and new side of Thanos were we him mourning due to the Loss of her daughter gamora as he loves her very much.
When the writers were asked why didn't chose wakanda as the location of soul stone , they replied that many fan theories were already given for wakanda and they didn't want all infinity stone in Earth . So they decided to keep soul stone far from earth .
