I don't believe it will go that far. Powell will simply be replaced by another head of the Fed. The USD is quite resillient, but if we're comparing crypto to the USD, then yes, most cryptocurrencies will increase in value, but in terms of global fiat currencies, the United States Dollar will remain dominant.
