I'm talking solely about the meme...
I like the meme, but I don't see it like that. Since I do invest in some companies that have had a questionable history (like Ford Motor Company), it allows us "poor people" to take advantage of the very same benefits that the rich take in our system.

For example, we can benefit from 0% tax rates for capital gains investments in the USA (so long as assets are held for more than one year). There are many avenues that we can take at the federal level that will benefit our wealth.
