Yes, I accepted that, but that doesn't give the justification to then accuse me of a stronger offense that would lead to me being possibly arrested.

Perhaps try NOT breaking the law, and I think you will find that these "attitudes" toward you will change just as quickly.

I do not believe that they accused you of driving under the influence of alcohol. If they were even mildly suspicious that you were, you would have been subjected to a breathalyzer. Asking if you were drinking, or taking drugs, is not an accusation. It is simply an inquiry.

You do not believe, obviously because you're a cop defender. I am telling you they outright said I was "on something" and pressed on me multiple times asking the same questions, they asked me roughly 10x. If I said no the first time then they should have stopped pressing me, don't you think?

I see this as just a retaliation from someone who broke the law, and got caught. If you had not broken the law (driving with expired tags), none of this would have happened.

I already accepted the fact that I was driving with expired tags, but that's not what I'm upset about. I'm upset about the accusation and the attempt to incriminate me multiple times in order for me to say "yes" so they could arrest me. I didn't play their incrimination game, and I was respectful to them the entire time which I don't think me being very respectful is justification to accuse me of being under the influence.
