What I find interesting is that Gab and Mewe are outcompeting Minds even though they both do not have a way to compensate any of their users.
There are no tokens nor a general monetization program on either of those sites. That may be their downfall, so Minds is in a good position to market against them by prioritizing the use of crypto. Minds and Steem are one of the few sites/platforms that is taking on traditional social media platform styles. Compensating your users is the next major step for social media platforms and Minds is ahead of the curve on that end.
