Helps Formation and Bone Maintenance

Actually the formation and maintenance of these bones is not necessarily just because of vitamin D. Because Vitamin D can still collaborate with other vitamins such as vitamin C to help bone formation. Name The special function of vitamin D is to help harden bones by regulating calcium and phosphorus in the body to be in the blood which is then deposited in the process of bone hardening.

Improve the Immune System

This immune system killer cell or immune system is called T cells. If our body lacks vitamin D intake, then this T cell will not work optimally to fight infections such as viruses. and good bacteria. So that to maintain immunity, adequate vitamin D intake is needed.
