Buenas Noches Queridos Amigos Ahorita se me acaba de ocurrir la grandiosa idea de compartir una maravillosa bebida venezolana llamada Cocada Espero les guste y prueben esta hermosa receta de mama.

Preparación:
1).Abrir El coco y Guardar el aguan en un en baso Porque ya llegara su Momento de utilizarla.
2).Extraer la comida del coco y Cortar en cuadros Pequeños también la guardaremos en un recipiente aparte.
3).Colocar Los cuadros de coco que guardamos anteriormente En una licuadora junto a 2 cucharadas de leche en polvo y solo una cucharada de azúcar ya que estaremos utilizando leche condensada y no queremos empalagar nos de tanto dulce.
3).El agua del coco que guardamos anteriormente la colocamos en la licuadora. OJO no toda solo la mitad del agua del coco.
4).licuamos nuestros ingredientes por varios minutos hasta Obtener un estado de espesor. si gustas puedes echarle un toque de vainilla para que obtenga un mejor gusto
5).Una vez que ya licuados nuestros ingredientes con un estado de espesor Colocamos en un baso 3 cubos de hielo y echamos nuestra cocada.
6).lista ya la cocada en nuestro baso le echamos canela al gusto y leche condensada y servimos :)..
