Hi, I'm not entirely sure how you'd do that on metamask but I do buy Leo with hive at https://leodex.io/market/Leo. But for that you need to have Hive which is trading in different exchanges like Bittrex. I'm sure a lot of Leo experts 🦁 here can guide you better in terms of Metamask.
