Whenever I listen to good music, I get so many inspiring thoughts!
I just want to sing along
The music acts like medicine and it boosts my mood, in turn boosting my health

As I was listening to Nahko singing Wash it away, I just started to think what it means to stay humble in all sorts of situations.

It can be lonely but it's the only thing
That we've ever known
Our mommas told us
Let go of jealousy
And for vagabonds and vagrants, that won't come so easy
We've come from nothing
Nothing

I work in a call center and get about 80 phone calls every day. I am proud to say that I stay humble 95% of the time, meaning I don't get mad at a customer because they are mad about the situation (which happens often to the colleagues around me).

It is not going to bring you anything to get angry at your work, except for uninspiring thoughts, stress and more anger of course.

Just be kind to the people around you and you will attract positive vibrations in return 😉

I learned not to take anything personal, unless a problem occurred because of my own negligence.
In that case I take full responsibility to handle that problem.

Problems are there for us to overcome them, learn in the process so we don't have to face them again.

Develop a problem solving mindset. Instead of only taking care of the symptoms, look for the root of the problem and attack it head on so it goes away and never returns.
Otherwise you will be circling around this obstacle for the rest of your life, never getting the opportunity move on.

What does it mean for you to stay humble in your daily activities?
