Breathtaking View of Bubunawan River Valley and Falls | Libona, Bukidnon, Philippines
What's more captivating than witnessing a breathtaking view.
Ever since I was young, I always get mesmerized by the view of the falls and the mountains. It gives me a warmness in my heart every time. That's why when I saw a video of the falls in Switzerland and its mountains, I started to love the place even more. However, Switzerland is so far from the Philippines and my only hope is to visit it one day, in no time.
Just last November of last year, we went to Libona, Bukidnon, the Philippines where we visited the Vista West Cafe where there's an overview of the Bubunawan River Valley and falls. I was truly happy that I was able to witness falls and the wondrous mountains and skies in one. I was truly amazed to the point that I was so in love with what I was witnessing.
Before I will move on to my experience in the cafe and the view, let me share the wonderful views that I witnessed while we were on our way to the place. By the way, I was with my sisters and brother and we just visited there out of curiosity.
The clouds, the mountains, the fields, and everything around add so much happiness to my heart. I can't help but fall in love with Bukidnon even more. The blue skies and the fluffy-looking clouds add so much positivity to my heart. The mountains feel so near that I just can climb them anytime I wanted. The lush green trees give a wonderful ambiance that you'd want to stay there for long. Even if we were still on our way, it's indeed a great feeling already; how much more when we reach there.
Now as we reached the place, I took some photos of their landscapes. Their landscapes were still not blooming and growing at that time, perhaps now, it's already abundant. I also took a photo of it since I was planning to practice landscaping for our landscape at home.
Now as we roam around the place, I was so amazed by the view of the falls and the mountains and the bridge on the cliff that you may go to take some photos. But going to the bridge is not for free, you need to play 25 pesos or $0.5 per 5 minutes.
The star of the place, the falls, and the truly breathtaking mountains. During that time glad that there were only a few people in the place, but usually, a lot of people visited there.

The place as a whole is like a ball of sunshine. I wanted to stay in that place for a long. It's a good place for unwinding or de-stressing; a perfect place to forget all your worries in life. The view, together with the fresh air could make your stay even more wonderful.
Furthermore, aside from allowing myself to just stare and love the moment, I also take some time to take some photos of the breathtaking view:
We stayed there for two hours I guess before we finally decided to go home because we still traveled to another place for another time to unwind.
I also love the sunset at that time although I wasn't able to see its full view.
So far, I love spending my time around there. Even if the travel took an hour just to get there from our house, I could say that I never regret even a minute of my stay there. It's such a wonderful place and I'd surely recommend it if you ever visit Bukidnon soon.
