It's more about learning from others rather than critiquing them.

critiquing them? So does this mean you only have critiques to tell them? No nice words to anyone? That is shocking to say the least.

Also I see you haven't replied to anyone, who took the time to read your post and leave a comment. That is disrespect at the highest level in my book. Do you also only have critiques to them and that is why you did not reply?
