This is interesting, but even if it's true, would you trust them? I wouldn't task them with carrying a shopping bag with a hole, let alone a life saving drug. I understand there are situations when you have no hope anymore and willing to try everything, but when you find out you've been scammed by the fooking Russians? No thanks.
