Today I went back to the zoo as my dad, who has not been there for ages, wanted to see what's new. It's the 3rd Saturday of September, summer is over but the weather was really nice. Max temperature today was 23C, which in some countries is considered hot summer temperature. We don't know for how long this beautiful weather is going to last, so my strategy is to enjoy it to the fullest.

Initially my plan was to just enjoy the animals and the beautiful park that gives home to the zoo, as I was there previously this year, in August, but can't really help myself and when the opportunity came knocking on the door, so to speak, I had to take some short.

Today I want to show you some, the cutest and the funniest ones.

Here's a nose. The owner of the nose was busy looking for food and most likely didn't get the memo about guests arriving. They don't care, so I had to do my best to capture the nose.

That nose wasn't the only one available. There were others as well and this nose was nicer. If you've ever petted the nose of a horse, you know how smooth and lovely to touch it is. I petted this nose for a minute or two. The poor thing was looking for some food, not that they are not fed well, but that's what they usually do. Feeding the animals is forbidden, so I could not give him anything.

Look at him. How can you not love this cutie pie?

This lama was cute as well, but can never beat the horse.

Then there was this turtle, who was basically laying on its plate of veggies. We don't do that, but this one didn't care :)

I was trying to figure out where the head was. You can guess too :) This guy was busy sleeping.

Hydration is important, so I had a lemonade. It was really good.

I was looking forward to walking into this area, hoping these cuties will be on the path dedicated for visitors, but this time access was denied and there was an electric fence activated.

The only choice left was to take photos through the fence.

They were so calm and cute. Too bad you can't touch them, but it's better this way. Not everyone is educated on how to treat them, so better keep the 2 legged animals away.

This cutie pie was roaming around freely in the space dedicated to them. At some point she stopped in front of me, so I could take a photo.

I love what they did with the place. There are these little houses, which I suppose the rabbits are using to rest. It's so cute to see the houses designed like for humans, with curtains and flowers. It makes it more fun and kids love it too.

This is it for today. I hope you enjoyed the tour as much as I did. Let me know in a comment :)
