As I've promised, I'm back today with the rest of the photographs I took at the last photography exhibition. If you've missed the first part, you can check it out here. It was an exceptional exhibition and based on the comments, many of you liked the photos, so I hope you enjoy the rest too.

Let's start with this wonderful photo. There's not title yet as I want you to judge the photo for what it is. What do you see? An old lady, holding her apron and smiling. Most likely you can figure out she has lived a very simple life and the happiness on her face is something I would definitely appreciate. I've been around ladies like the one in the photo and it's a joy listening to them, telling stories.

Why is there no title, you might ask. Well, there is a title but I decided to hold it back till now. The title of the photo is: At The Age Of 102. Des this change things? It does, quite a lot as you look at the photo with different eyes now :) Would we live to her age? I doubt I will but who knows. Anyway, at her age, she's still active and ready to do chores as she's holding her apron.

Foggy Morning

Sorry for the reflection, the original photo is amazing though.

Master of Wheels

What you see on the photo is a wooden wheel used for chariots. It's a piece of the past as you don't see chariots or wooden wheels these days, but maybe there are places where old vehicles still get repaired. I love the angle the photographer used. It's a very good photo.

Simplicity

Simplicity is the perfect title to this photo and I would add happiness too. It's interesting that everyone wants to be happy but these days not many are. We're chasing wealth, hoping to bring happiness, then when you accumulate wealth, you find out that wealth does not bring happiness. The people you see on the photo have lived a simple life, difficult as well, but they know what happiness is.

Frozen Time

This photo may have something to do with the one I posted in my previous photo post, just taken from a different angle, making the sky and the tree as background. If you'd use the word simplicity here, would be right. The weather looks pretty dangerous, but regardless, looking at the photo, it makes me think of calmness. Up there, the only master is the weather. It's a fantastic photo, taken from a perfect angle.

Window To A Lost World

Another fantastic photo with a great title. The world this old man represents, does not exists anymore. Windows like that are also rarity. This is why these photos are more valuable than you think. But if I were to give a title to this photo, or say two words that fits, I'd say again simplicity and happiness.

The Ox Cart

Again, this photo is going to become history soon as machines have taken over, you rarely see such scene.

Life Experience

If this photo does not win you over, then most likely you don't understand what it means. I'm starting to sound like a broken record, but this is a fantastic one too.

Forgotten

There's a lot of emotion here, I hope I'm not the only one seeing that.

The New Rake

In a world, where everything is made by machines, here's an old gentleman, making rakes by hand. His beard is also something to envy.

Hope in Hopelessness

Another fantastic photo, that says a lot without words. It's heartbreaking to see the old lady kneeling in front of the cross, praying. Look at the power of nature, the dark and threatening sky, which may be due to editing, but it's a good addition nonetheless. There's so much power in this photo.

You know how often I post about paintings and I'm always trying to figure out what the artist meant. That is my interpretation, which may not be the same as what the artist meant. In case of photography, things are more clear as there's no abstract, just clear photos, but even so, there's a lot to read in these cases too. These portraits I posted today are from that category. You see what's on the photo, but there's still a lot to read from the photos.

dimascastillo90@dimascastillo90, I hope you like them as there's more 馃槅馃槝
