I find when people say "onboarding" a lot of times they mean more of a "soft landing" for new users to educate them and keep them around and not just bringing more people in.

Easier mobile accessibility, easier key management (even with hivesigner and things password management, can be too much of a reoccuring time-suck), in addition to that I think further support of platforms
