Yes! Shadow was just a youngster when Jackie originally paired up with him. She was robbing the cradle (or was it the nest?). It's been quite the education for us. Our son is captivated by it as well. They just recently raised $10M to buy acreage around the area to save it from developers. If the real estate developers would have gotten their hands on it, chances are, the eagles would have abandoned the area.

We have a lot of eagles around here too. We're just a few miles from the Mississippi River.
