The Affordable Care Act isn't perfect but more choices for healthcare are always good IMO. Before this was passed the only options were private insurance and employer-sponsored plans. We shopped around and a private plan would have cost us over $3k per month. We desperately need universal healthcare here in the US. The President of Mexico just announced universal healthcare will be launched there in '27.
