Thank you! Yes I did. They made my wife and I do identity verification interviews and submit all kinds of paperwork. The thing that was the most confusing was how to fill out the paperwork—we were receiving contradictory instructions from the company managing the pension. After we got it all submitted online I got an email with a forms packet identical to what we already submitted telling me we had to do it all again. After a long call with their customer support they assured me those duplicates didn't have to be resubmitted and said everything was "under review". It took five weeks from start to finish.
