It's it funny how most policy changes are the opposite of what politicians name them, "Tax cut = Tax Increase", "Patriot Act = Surveillance of Citizens", "Clean Skies Act = Weakening Environmental Regs", "No Child Left Behind = Weakening of Public Education". Very Orwellian.
