Yeah, it pretty much sucks up here this time of year. I try to still get out walking anyway. Yesterday I had on a t-shirt, a wool base layer, a wool blazer, and an M-65 military jacket on. I felt like the kid in A Christmas Story that couldn't put his arms down. Lol.
