Absolutely. I've hard up to 85% of blue collar and white collar jobs will be wiped out by humanoid robots and AI in the next ten years. The governments of the world will have to step in and provide something or else people will starve. I think companies who experience an increase in efficiency and profit due to this coming shift should be forced to give a percentage of those increased profits towards a UBI-fund that will go back to the people. This is the only way I can think of to make it work.
