Thanks @bozz. I feel like a project manager again juggling all these contractors. I'll definitely do a more in-depth post as I gain more experience with the Ninja. I can't wait to try pizza on it. There's a huge Ninja Woodfire community on social media and I'm getting lots of ideas from them. Yes, the GMTs are really nice for me because I have to keep track of two timezones for calls with family and such. They're great for travel too.
