Thanks! You should be getting your copy today or tomorrow. It certainly has felt like it's been one thing after another in our case! We've had an unbelievable amount of issues since we moved in here in November. The most disappointing thing is our home inspector missed all of it. We've even discovered that the previous owners purposely hid problems. I'd hate to have their karma. The good news is this place will be in tip-top shape for many years to come.
