That's true. Authentic merch in Ireland wasn't cheap. When I was in London in 2019 I got my mom a packet of flower seeds collected from the gardens at Westminster Abbey and my nephew loose leaf tea from Harrods. Those are usually the kinds of small things I get for other people. My mom has never planted the seeds so I'm sure they're sterile by now. I try to find small, unique things. Great idea to keep the transport cards! I have a few Oyster cards that probably still have some rides left on them.
