RE: Stepping With Our Shadows (An Original Poem)
Yes, there are a lot of people these days who can't live one minute without some kind of distraction.

RE: Stepping With Our Shadows (An Original Poem)
So true! We all have them. I think it's impossible to live in this physical world without that kind of duality. The word "shadow" is such a good metaphor for all those negative things because,

Thank you! As I was writing this I was thinking about how we have to learn how to function with all those emotions and trauma until we can free ourselves from it. That book I'm reading, The Myth of Normal,

Some of those WWII stories are incredible. It's hard to believe some of the challenges those people overcame. Thank you my friend and cheers to you!

Wow, that one sounds powerful. I think we have a way of knowing when a loved one's time to leave the Earth is coming near. I just had a feeling with my Dad and it started about a year before he passed.

Some of those self-help books can be very powerful! We always have a way of finding the perfect one for us if we honestly begin seeking. I hope you enjoy the rest of your week. Thank you!

I'm reading Zen and the Art of Motorcycle Maintenance now (and loving it). I reread Autobiography of a Yogi every few years. I got my hand on the original 1946 edition and it's different from the one

Wow, that is very cool! Charles Schulz grew up and lived just a few miles from our old condo. Thanks for tagging me here @bozz. I'm going to see if there are any of these left.

Berkshire's rate of return during the Buffett-era is truly remarkable. I wonder if BRK.B will be worth investing in now? I guess that's the question that's on everyone's mind these days.

Nothing like a Meesterboom post to brighten up the day! I've missed reading you my friend. As the go-to IT person in my inner circle I can sympathize. Most of the time I'm having to work remotely/blindly
