I'm sorry your neighborhood roads provide a short cut to my destination. Sorry, not sorry though. This is another illustration of why every square inch of planet Earth needs to be private. If the neighborhood you live in doesn't want traffic, put up a gate and not allow access to those that do not live there. It works in the affluent sections of Los Angeles, the map apps list the street names but never route any traffic through them because they are gated.
People who demand that government try to solve this "problem" are simply the worst. I guess what these people don't understand is that police will have to cause bodily injury and death in order to gain compliance. At some point someone will not pay the $200 fine for driving down a street. Statists gonna State yo!
