The more we avoid talking to each other, the less we are capable of talking to each other.
The thing with one company having thousands of customers is that they will not sell their service cheap, if they have to employ real humans for customer service. Since people want it cheap, they opt for the biggest company to buy a product. The biggest companies are all outsourcing human workers, when the work is "only" communication (desk activity).
How did you manage in the end to get a human on the line?
