I think it is grossly negligent of all governments to support warlike activities and risk millions of people becoming refugees. The unrest in the world that such flows of people cause among those who take them in and those who have to ask to be taken in is bad enough. So is the propaganda designed to make civilians emotionally accept such wars, because once dead civilians are present, any further acts of war can be far better argued by the warmongers. Once you have the victims of war, those who use them for their own ends are immediately on hand. It is a shame.
