I agree that the one thing which cannot be taken away from you is your thoughts. Everything else can.
Other than that, I am building my own cases in how to lead a life in which self trust and faith can be integrated and even re-integrated. I may argue an already lost case, that I do not rule out. But then, I am not convinced it is lost.
