the only thing we require - is that if they want people to come to them - they go visit other people first.
The moment you put a requirement to this, you will rob the sphere off of peoples spontaneity. They then will stick to what you have told them to do - that's fine, but it strikes me that what form of contact someone makes is often more of a duty than a form of genuine interest. Happens a lot with requirements. If one is unable to find something of interest then one makes the contact towards someone or something one is less interested in. You can see that a lot within the contests running. People seem often not very engaged and interested in one another for the lack of a genuine drive.
Happens to me too. When I am asked to at least answer to two or three people, I feel reluctant. I often do engage but the other one loses interest very quickly. Where I could talk for "hours" with one and the same human, it often results in tiring out. I find more interest through disagreeing than agreeing. People misunderstand that as wanting to "win" a conversation. Whereas I don't think one can win a conversation but only a competition. But I want win them to converse:)
