I don't worry about your feelings and I don't try to understand them. Nor do I worry about those of the blogger. I stated matter-of-factly that you could take legal action in the event of any harm suffered.
Since this is a public comment section, when I wrote it I also thought of other fellow readers who might welcome my approach.
I have little ambition to be partisan, nor do I intend to help you, but take this issue as an opportunity to say something that I personally feel is important, so as not to make a bogeyman out of either you or the other.
When it comes to discrepancies between people involving allegations, one can ask the following questions:
Do they have a legitimate purpose?
Are they capable (of achieving the intended goal)?
Are they necessary (" ")?
Are they appropriate? ( " ")?
I find your example useful (I comment in similar contexts from time to time).
Legitimate purpose: What purpose are you pursuing through your comments on this blog? Could the purpose exist before the law?
Are your efforts appropriate to achieve what you want?
Are they not only appropriate but even necessary to achieve what you want?
(As I understand you, you want either financial compensation and/or injunctive relief from the use of your artwork, name, brand, etc.).
In addition to the end sought, the means chosen must also be legal. The means is suitable if the purpose pursued with it can be achieved at all or at least promoted.
The means is unsuitable if the fulfilment of the purpose is objectively impossible with the efforts shown (here comments). The same applies if this is insufficient (does not go beyond publicly commenting/asking for a cease and desist).
I don't expect answers from you on this, I'm just putting these questions in this space. They may seem useful to one or the other.
