I thank you for your answer and for taking it sportingly concerning my self-revelations regarding VR. There was a time in my life when I was very curious and enthusiastic about everything to do with virtual worlds and part of me still finds it fascinating.

HaHa, I know the feeling of exposing myself to strangers in public spaces and making business contacts from my professional past, I only felt comfortable presenting something when I was fully behind the cause I had to represent. If I wasn't, I felt like a fraud and my performance I considered lacking and effortful.

Probably the most embarrassing episode for me was a conference with agency staff from all over the world where each person was supposed to introduce themselves with a quirk of their own, at the time I spoke very poor English and when it came to my turn I would have loved to disappear into the ground. I didn't even know what the expression "quirk" meant (like "huh? Kirk? What the hell?)! The whole thing then led me to improve my English skills and several months abroad where I ironed out my deficits.

I can imagine the fun of meeting others in virtual spaces and guessing whose avatar belongs to whom. I can probably imagine it too well and would fear that it would take too much of my time and steal my time in RL ;-)

All the best to you!
