>Again, the end of February 2026 is coming. I can't benefit from what doesn't make me feel good. It seems obvious, but it is not in some cases. We often forget, as it is the search for a refuge and the need for care that are not weaknesses, but a survival instinct. We live looking for security and comfort among our affections when we look for support if we feel fragile, vulnerable. At least, my resilience is not the absence of pain, but the ability that thank God I have to keep walking despite it. This shows me that I don't have to be strong all the time, I do the best I can with the resources I have today. It's better than begging for love, affection, companionship, sometimes it's even better to be alone than badly accompanied. Sometimes our own history weighs us down so much that we forget that it is we who decide its course.there are processes that are not accelerated because they are designed to transform you, not just to give you results. That's why there are people where one could well stay and live. How beautiful are people who don't want to look like anyone. The ones that teach you what you've never seen before about yourself. The ones who grasp the magic without trying to figure out the trick. How beautiful are the people who love you without knowing why. Those who understand the pain of sad eyes. Those who are and believe in you, even if you equivoques.No they ask for nothing and give everything... (very few), by the way. Me doing love spam, because if there are people who attack people all the time, I have the right to extol love, tenderness and nice feelings, and I dedicate this one to my love. The ones that, somehow, make you lose your reason and not your faith. Those who ask for nothing and yet give everything. The ones you know are there...it's that simple... "It is better to change your mind than to stay in the wrong one" -Socrates. One is obliged to change one's opinion, when one's own opinion is wrong, when there is a more convenient alternative for one, and when that opinion is potentially dangerous for others. Those are the conditions to change your mind. It makes a big difference to accept that the more I learn, the more I have to learn. It is the most natural and human thing to change your mind and grow up. The really worrying thing would be not doing it! Maturana, an outstanding Chilean biologist, philosopher and academic, winner of the National Science Prize in 1994. This motto of the sciences said that it should be a new human right "the Right to Change your Mind" and it has to do with what, in communication with a legitimate other, you can understand, respect, learn and grow.
