One thing I've noticed is that many women are naturally drawn to personal growth and self-development. We often look for ways to improve ourselves—not just for our own sake, but also for our families and the people we love. I find that really inspiring.

Of course, there are many men who are committed to personal growth as well, but in my own experience, I've noticed that women are often the ones actively seeking out development programs, seminars, books, and opportunities to become better versions of themselves. I'd love to understand why that seems to be the case.
