It is the personal responsibility of every born again Christian to work on his mind.
After receiving the life of Christ, one of the major responsibilities of a child of God is the continous renewal of mind.
The best way to renew your mind is to feed it with right content.
You have to constantly challenge the status quo; what you have always believed; what the world has set as their standards .
You see, the world has a system for everything. There is a way the world thinks about marriage, finance, relationship and every aspect of life.
As a born again child of God, a regenerated Christian , you must refuse to confirm to the world standards but instead learn from the word of God how things are done in he kingdom of God and be transformed.
I'd you're not careful with what kind of content you feed your mind with, you will end up conforming to world standards instead of being transformed to Godly and heavenly standards.
The battle that rages in the mind is more intense than war against terrorism.
There are many weapons if mind destruction you must not allow into your mind like pornographic books and movies,blue films , bad information that doesn't build your faith.
Rather be determined to discipline yourself only to watching Christian movies, listening to messages, reading inspirational books, magazines, studying scriptures, listening to Christian songs and to everything that will help you build your faith.
Your mind is the center of battle between light and darkness, therefore, you must consciously determine who occupies it.
Instead if opening your mind to the things of the world, choose to soak your mind in the word of God.
