Los ojos no pueden ocultar tanto amor y pasión, tiene su mirada fija en lo que ama, mientras las aves curiosas también observan lo que ella aprecia a diferencia que sin ningún afán de nada especial, para ellos - ella es la especial.

He desarrollado una cualidad de hacer que la mirada de mis dibujos esté de una forma que aunque te muevas de lugar ella te sigue viendo, no me preguntes cómo lo logro, solo recuerdo que mi madre tenía unos cuadros de Cristo y María en la pared y siempre me preguntaba si es que estaban vivos, a donde me moviera parecía que no me quitaban los ojos de encima. le pregunté a mi madre acerca de esto, pues un día llegué a sentir miedo, ella me dijo que no tenía nada que temer, que tan solo era la posición en la que dibujaron los ojos, creo que mi obsesión con eso se nota ahora en mis dibujos o quizá siempre lo he tenido.

Quería dibujar muchas hojas y maleza, cuando comencé a pinar fui un desastre mi daltonismo me jugó una mala pasada con la combinación de los colores, todo se me desaparecía y me costaba verlo, tuve que pedir ayuda muchas veces, hay días en los que mi daltonismo está como más acentuado y hace que vea las tonalidades degradadas de una forma plana, faltó amarillo aquí, pero en mis ojos se veía muy chillón y sin armonía, curioso porque usé la misma paleta de mi diseño anterior y quedaba hermosa, son simplemente mis ojos hoy.

I have developed a quality of making the gaze of my drawings be in a way that even if you move from place she still sees you, don't ask me how I achieve this, I just remember that my mother had some pictures of Christ and Mary on the wall and I always wondered if they were alive, wherever I moved it seemed that they didn't take their eyes off me. I asked my mother about this, because one day I became afraid, she told me that I had nothing to be afraid of, it was just the position in which they drew the eyes, I think my obsession with that now shows in my drawings or maybe I've always had it.


I wanted to draw many leaves and weeds, when I started to pine I was a disaster, my color blindness played a trick on me with the combination of colors, everything disappeared and it was hard to see it, I had to ask for help many times, there are days when my color blindness is more accentuated and makes me see the shades degraded in a flat way, yellow was missing here, but in my eyes it looked very garish and without harmony, curious because I used the same palette of my previous design and it was beautiful, they are just my eyes today.

Del boceto solo hice un lado y luego lo reproduje, desde ese momento lo quería sobrecargado, quizá exageré, no quería espacios en blanco.

Aplico el color base, por supuesto que solo haré un lado y repetiré el paso anterior una vez esté todo ese lado listo.

Comienzo a aplicar el sombreado para ir descubriendo el follaje y aquí es donde comenzaron los problemas con el color.

From the sketch I only did one side and then I reproduced it, from that moment I wanted it overloaded, maybe I exaggerated, I didn't want white spaces.
I apply the base color, of course I will only do one side and repeat the previous step once that side is ready.
I start to apply the shading to uncover the foliage and this is where the problems with the color started.
