No its not he should be coming to me with that. I asked him why he told me this was done when I wasn't here when I was back home for Thanksgiving.

I know your time is valuable but I really think we should sit down and discuss all the nonsense that is going on around here. I will have a full report for you when you get here so you can the lack of organization and communication around here.
