2. Equity Dilution

I'm going t= start the negotiation from Company Valuation of $25M and for every $1M+ (O=er $6M) i will increase the company valuation by $1M.

PI find attached the monthly report of Reporty CEO.&n=sp; The new law firm Herzog, Fox, Ne'em=n as well as the PR firm' ShalomTelAviv' led by Zamir Dahbash, are both to= of the line in their respective areas.

The meetings in MDA and IL Police are with the #1 person in the entit=. And in the cities with the Mayor.

It moves well.
