Following Jeff Epstein's conversation with you please find attached to a dif=erent mail the relevant materials re Jack Grynberg's (82,jewish,business man/geologist)Oil Co.

Fully owned 100% by his family.

He proposes to sell 25% for $.4B with a call option on the rest or alternati=ely 100% for $1.6B.

According to Mr. Grynberg he intends to sell it (for tax related reasons) be=ore the end of 2014.
