Just spoke with their offer was as follows:

1. not being hired as employee rather a 1099 contractor
2. not being called a job but an assignment
3. salary 65,000
4. no medical benefits

asked for references and for her to come in again next week, appreciates the offer to double her salary, personally, however she will not work with "these types of people" I have to agree
