I called Joel last week and he told me that they offered him 80,000 for his share and then converted that offer into 130,000 of money to be used in hours. He mentioned that it was not a great deal since the hourly rate is higher for hours when you are not an owner.

Last week I requested a valuation on our share and was told it would take 7-10 business days. Upon receipt of our offer I will attempt to make the conversion in a similar if not better fashion.
