Jeffrey,

I just spoke to Gary about the cement blocks.

He informed that Home Depot does not have the cement blocks with the two holes in them which is the one they need to use.

Also Home Depot gives a 15 % discount on purchases of S 2,500 or more.

I will see what I can do when I get to LSJ about getting some kind of discount from all the vendors that we do a lot of business with.

I will also sit down with Gary and have him break down the cost per yard of cement and go through those numbers so I can understand why the cost is at S 350 per yard.

Jeffrey,

St. Thomas Concrete sells per yard $ 198.50 and they give a $ 10 discount for credit card and $ 15 discount for cash and check payment.

The $ 350 price Gary tells you per yard includes the steel tie wire and labor as well. He informed me he will breakout his calculation and send it to me in the morning.

He also informed me that the concrete can only sit in a truck for 1 hour so it would not be possible to get it to LSJ.

ask st Thomas concrete to buy 100 yards and get it to the cast end of st John.

trucks take hours to get to the cast end of st john and they do it everyday.

I will speak to Gary and ask him to explain to me why he informed me that cement should not be in a truck for more than an hour.

Also just a reminder that I'm heading to Washington DC early tomorrow morning to move my son Marc into his dorm and attending parent conferences and will be back Saturday and leaving for LSJ on Wednesday.
