I put thru a pay increase for Peter Eli our best carpenter $2.10 per hr and make him a lead man. I thought Rich was to handle and only come to you when he had issues with what I thought needs done. If Rich needs your approval on all changes then I should come to you first.

Ok to raise Peter from $20.70 to $22.10 per. hr. ? Gary
