I communicated to May the salary of $100,000 and she was under the impression that she was starting at $110,000

In addition I negotiated fee from 25% of salary to 18% with a 90 day 100% full refund

I thought it should be the same , 100k plus bonus.. of 10. but don;t lose her.

1 agree on 100k not 110k

She is going to ask if bonus is guaranteed — I rather be vague and state that it will occur after I year of service
