I am sending you a default notice on your personal loan. The numbers we have received are not in shape. Please talk to Rich. I think you might have to put the company in a pre-packaged bankruptcy, to be able to move forward. The question is the revenues moving forward, the taxes and payables in the past.

We're in the process of preparing cash flows (2011-2012) with revenue growth projections, contracts already closed, and planned pay down of taxes and past payables based on agreements reached or expected to be reached.

Can you please send me cash flows so I can review tomorrow
