Brice mentioned that you wanted to split the difference on Renee's current salary 29,250 and the proposed salary 50,000 which would be 39,625. Brice thought you mentioned 33,000 as current salary. Note her salary was 32,500 before 10% pay cut on 11/30/2008. If we split difference between 32,500 and 50,000 then salary would be 41,250. Please advise if I should adjust to 39,625 or 41,250.
