It is now May 20th and no funds (interest payment of 4,500) have been received in Mr. Epstein's account. This is the third incidence of default of your 300,000 promissory note to Mr. Epstein. The two others are as follows:

a) Payment of 4,000 was received on April 19th not on its due date of April 16th

b) Payment of 4,000 paid on April 19th should have been 4,500 and the difference of 500 has still not been paid.

I am sure that it was not Mr. Epstein's intentions for me to be chasing you every month.

Can you please clarify and resolve.
