Leon hi. Ghislaine here. Was sitting w/Dorrit who told me I should e mail you immediately! She says you are looking for a new board member and she says she mentioned to you that is what my company is focussed on. I set up a consultancy company over a year ago and one of the first jobs I was asked to help with was to find 2 new board members for a publicly NASDQ and S&P listed company. In turn they recommended me to another company and so on. I couldn't have created a more perfect job for myself - it is a win win for me.
