Hi i had paint w=rk on the punch list that i called him in to give prices he can do all the w=rk on time and material day work . The catering kitchen needs a coat of pain= , the C-Level hall way some closets Lynn & Jo Jo apartment=I will put him to workin all areas needed until you are ready for him as lo=g as this is ok with JE. This would be Great.

=ich Barnett is going to use Michael for some work we need done at 71st for t=uch ups, etc for in between apts. I won't be ready for him again in 10B unt=l next Monday. Do you think we need to get JE approval on this or can we ju=t proceed? What do you think?
